Advait Greenergy has signed an MoU with CENMAT at India Energy Week 2026 to jointly deploy PEM and AEM electrolyser technologies for scaling green hydrogen and clean energy projects in India.
Advait Greenergy, a subsidiary of Advait Energy Transition, has announced that the company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with CENMAT to collaborate on the deployment of PEM and AEM electrolyser technologies for green hydrogen and clean energy projects in India.
The MoU was formally exchanged at the recently concluded India Energy Week 2026 in Goa.
“The collaboration brings together CENMAT’s electrolyser technology, system design, and OEM capabilities with AGPL’s EPC execution, system integration, and large-scale project delivery experience in the Indian energy market,” said Vatsal Kundalia, Managing Director, Advait Greenergy.
He further added that the MoU focuses on project development, technology integration, and pilot-to-commercial deployments, with the objective of enabling reliable, scalable, and execution-ready hydrogen production systems, aligned with India’s energy-transition and industrial decarbonisation priorities.
In October 2025, Advait Greenergy signed an MoU with the Government of Gujarat to invest INR 1,400 crore in green energy and infrastructure projects, including electrolyser and fuel cell manufacturing, emergency restoration system (ERS) facilities, and RDSS-linked EPC works.
